- Items that are damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions for returning your item.

3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value:

- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
- If the replacement item has a higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
